shaste10@evergreen.edu BioI was a high school freshman when I created this journal and today I am a recent addition to the alumni count at the Evergreen State College. This journal is living proof that youth disappears far too quickly. Time travels too swiftly. This is where I rant and gossip. This is where I let out frustrations that would otherwise manifest itself in harmful ways. This is where I fall in and out of love. This journal holds my greatest hurts and greatest pleasures. My failures and my victories.
My journal was once public until it was used to destroy a very beautiful connection and the innocence of a girl who was simply in love with a boy that was taken from her. Now, it is friends-only. Locked up. Available to those who ask and, usually, love me.
